How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at kundenservice@formavessel.com or via the contact form below .
Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
How can I redeem a discount code?
You can easily redeem the discount code at checkout.
Please note the validity period of the discount code.
Shipment
Where does FORMA VESSEL ship to?
We ship within Germany and to selected EU countries.
For detailed selection, please see our shipping information .
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany:
For orders up to €48.99, shipping costs are €6.19.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49.
EU:
For orders up to €149.99, shipping costs are €14.49.
For orders over €150, shipping to our selected EU countries is free.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by one additional business day.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Within the EU, delivery can take up to 8 business days .
Manufacturing & Materials
How are your products produced?
Every FORMA VESSEL object is created using a precise and modern 3D printing process , layer by layer and only where material is actually needed.

What are your vases made of?
Our objects are made from PLA – a bio-based, sustainable material made from renewable raw materials such as cornstarch or sugar cane.
How durable are your vases?
Avoid strong sunlight and proximity to heat sources such as radiators, ovens , or direct window sill heat . The objects could soften and warp.
Thicker vases may have a higher tolerance in this regard, however we expressly point out that the vessels may warp from a material temperature of 45°C .
Are your products recyclable?
Our vases are made from bio-based PLA . The material can be recycled in industrial plants or thermally disposed of.
Our containers should therefore not simply be disposed of at home on the compost heap.
Our products
Are the products waterproof?
The vases and pots themselves are not waterproof.
Our vases come with a waterproof PP insert that is dishwasher safe and shatterproof.
So I can also use fresh flowers in your vases?
Yes.
Thanks to the waterproof insert, you can also use fresh flowers.
Please note, however, that some of our vases (Kairo, Elira, Selva) have a narrow neck. Although an insert is included, we primarily recommend these vases for dried flowers.
How do I clean my FORMA VESSEL products?
Using a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap.
The inner insert made of polypropylene can be cleaned in the dishwasher up to 65°C.
How big are your vases?
We currently offer 3 different sizes:
Small - 20cm
Medium - 25cm
Large - 32cm
You can find the maximum diameter on the side of the respective vase.
How much do your vases weigh?
The weight varies depending on the model and size:
- Small: approx. 85 g – 240 g
- Average: approx. 133 g – 393 g
- Large: approx. 243 g – 699 g
Since our vases are manufactured using 3D printing, slight weight variations may occur due to the production process. These variations are inherent to the process and do not constitute a defect.
One advantage over classic vases made of ceramic or stone is their lighter weight. This makes our objects easier to place, move, and ship without compromising stability for their intended indoor use.
How big are the openings of your vases?
You can find the exact neck diameters in the respective product descriptions.
Generally, Trivara, Varia, and Luvon have particularly large openings and are ideal for opulent bouquets and larger arrangements.
Kairo, Elira, and Selva have narrower necks and are primarily intended for single flowers, branches, or minimalist arrangements.
Complaints
How can I contact you regarding complaints?
For complaints, please send us an email to kundenservice@formavessel.com or leave us a message using the contact form below.
If you would like to send us pictures of a damaged delivery or similar, we recommend contacting us directly via email.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please send us photos of the product and the shipping box if it also shows signs of damage.
We'll take care of it.
I received the wrong product.
Please contact us, ideally quoting your order number, to speed up the process.
We'll gladly correct that!
The waterproof insert is defective/lost.
We test every item to ensure it is truly waterproof. However, should you unexpectedly receive a defective item, please contact us. We will gladly send you a replacement.
Even if you lose your stake, feel free to send us a message and receive a replacement.
Please tell us which vase it is so we can send you the correct replacement.
